Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy across the whole organization. All of our employee's clock in and out, use the system to add notes and check tasks. As a manager, I use Deputy to approve and monitor payroll.
- Record time for all employees.
- Schedules task reminders for individual departments.
- Displays real time photo recognition for clocking in of employees.
- Tracks birthdays.
- Notifies us when employees are late.
- Adjusting break times for current shifts (if an employee makes an error).
- The printable format for the payroll report.
- Improved payroll accuracy.
The cost is lower compared to our last time clock keeper and the quality on-screen is much clearer.
