It’s used for rostering, timesheet approval[,] and syncing with our accounting platform. The biggest problem it solves is managing the intricate Award quirks to ensure our business isn’t breaking the law in payroll and with the [organization] of employment[.]

- It doesn’t integrate with our PMS called Preno so it doesn’t capture all of our revenue. We use Kounta/light speed for the restaurant (but haven’t connected it ) and Preno for the accommodation. A clever tool would be to add in the number of cleans/strips/services to compare housekeeping performance[.]

The problem with most software companies is their lack of support. The Deputy support team [is] second to none and when you leave feedback, often a month later you see that feedback implemented into a [ever-evolving] product.
