Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use deputy to manage our [... employee's schedules], communication, and documentation. The business problems addressed are making sure we have a clear communication channel for all staff to access and a central location for everything related to scheduling, payroll, and employee engagement for managers. The scope of our use case is to ensure that we have a centralized location for our staff and manager to interact that is both documented, legal, and beneficial for the company.

Deputy streamlines many processes in our small business. Scheduling staff, communicating with employees, and documenting interactions are just to name a few. For example, staff members needed time off and put the requests in through Deputy. The manager was better equipped to coordinate the times each staff member needed off because of the way Deputy, not only, captured the information, but also communicated to the manager where the remaining staff would be during that time. This simple tool allowed my manager to have everything and everyone organized in one location; whereas, they would be coordinating with text messages, emails, and verbal conversations. By streamlining the communication channels, everyone knew what to expect and what to do in regards to planning.
