We use Deputy for scheduling 2 gym locations and communicating the schedule to trainers. It also helps us with payroll.

Ease of use.
It is more suited for the clock in employees. We use it for a gym where there is a set time, employees start at a particular time and just finish online. They do not clock in. Approving timesheets takes a long time.
