Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
As the Executive Business Administrator to the Board and CEO, I coordinate as an administrator from the agenda to the receipt of the materials, uploading of materials needed for our Board and Committee meetings. Previous to Diligent Boards, we utilized SharePoint only, so there was a tremendous amount of data transmitted via email.

In the Cyber world that we live in, Cyber attacks are real! If an email system is infiltrated, it can literally shut a company down. However, in the case of Diligent Boards, we can continue to communicate with our Boards.
