Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

We help people integrate DocuSign on regular basis with the CRM Infusionsoft. It helps my clients streamline the contract signing process. They are able with the click of a button send a contract from their CRM contact. It is very fast and efficient. It is not perfect but it gives our customers the best value. Some of these other companies get really expensive you need to use their API. DocuSign keeps it very affordable for their API clients.
  • For my clients having easy affordable API access is essential and they allow us to do this.
  • Their new UI is very impressive and easy to use.
  • Their Dropbox integration is incredibly valuable.
  • The only complaint I really have is their contract limit is very low. As soon as you hit that limit they are after your money like white on rice. In fairness, this is the case with most of the e-signature leaders.
  • Their sales team can be ruthless. We recommend DocuSign to our clients and tell them to ignore the sales team, that usually calls them.
  • Well we help people integrate e-signatures with the CRM Infusionsoft so DocuSign's prices have really helped us bring in more clients.
They stack up very well. I was happy with other the other software. They lost us because of how expensive it was for clients to have access to their API. A lot of our clients cannot afford $200/mo. They can afford $50/mo which is what most of our clients pay.
If you use contracts in your business you need to use e-signatures. It makes it so easy to organize people who sign. Documents don't get lost and clients can sign at their convenience.

The only time I don't recommend e-signatures is if you are doing a contract that needs to be airtight legally with no possible way to get out of it. Although DocuSign contracts are legally binding there have been instances where people have been able to get out of them.
