Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
DocuSign is our official document authorization signature software across the entire organization. From hiring externally, to processing documents for clientele, DocuSign makes business transactions easy and official.
Pros
- Integration with Salesforce and other platforms.
- Accessibility over mobile phone.
- User interface is extremely simple to navigate
Cons
- Aestically, the platform could use some work.
- More colors and visually appealing functionality.
- There are some components of the signature process that would be nice to have customized. (Signature lines, etc., which might be doable but I can’t figure it out)
- DocuSign has allowed us to seamlessly increase the rate of contract generation and client retention per month.
- It has helped us to turn around business transactions quickly and on time.
- It has allowed us to focus more time on business and less time on paperwork.
- Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign)
I briefly used Adobe EchoSign briefly during a past job and was not a huge fan of the step by step functionality. The process never seemed sensible and I was never fully confident when submitting documentation to clients. DocuSign was established in my next role and I can truly say it made my contracts and documentation processes so much easier.
