Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

We are currently using DocuSign for the processing of sales agreements.
  • Seamless integrations with other platforms.
  • One-click sending of agreements or contracts.
  • Expiration dates on agreements/contracts to create urgency.
  • Creating and importing of templates.
  • Huge ROI due to close rates increasing.
  • Created more time for sales consultants to focus on more clients due to time savings of dealing with managing sent agreements/contracts.
  • Easy to manage for higher-level management.
I haven't had to use this much, but when I did they helped me in realtime very quickly and they were a pleasure to deal with.

It solves the problem of not having to fax, email, and or trying to track down these agreements and then having to then upload and or deliver to other departments. Sending and receiving the agreement has become a very time efficient and with just a click of a button. It also automates the escalation to other departments for approval and project deployment with seamless integrations with other platforms ie. Salesforce. We can also create urgency by leveraging the automated expirations dates of the agreements/contracts which increase our close rates. Huge plus! Overall, the ROI is there hands down both on time and money.
