Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

It is used in our Recruiting, Sales, and Account Management divisions. It addresses using digital forms instead of paper forms, which makes it much easier to track as well as save the information quickly and easily. We use the forms for clients and candidates, and it automatically goes to the next person that needs to review and sign the form(s) once the previous signer is done. It's a time saver and eliminates paper waste as well.

  • Eliminates the need for faxing and paper waste.
  • It's easy to view where the digital paper trail is.
  • You can add/delete documents easily.
  • There have been some technical difficulties accessing signed forms.
  • Allowing the client to change the format of some of the forms would be helpful.
  • Having the option to add more recipients who can sign documents.
  • It has definitely eliminated time wasted on printing and signing documents by hand.
  • It has eliminated the need for so much paper waste.
  • The ROI on time and paper savings is huge, but it speeds up the process for our candidates, which is a huge plus as well. They get started working sooner as well.
We actually chose GetAccept after DocuSign, due to the ability to alter the documents on our end and not having to go through a 3rd party to get documents updated/changed as our needs required. I wasn't involved in the decision making to switch, so I am unsure if there was a financial motivator as well or not.
From my perspective, the support we received was great! Our representative was very responsive to us and tried to help as much as possible whenever he could. The issue isn't the support, it was the overall functionality that we needed. Again, I was not a decision-maker, I just contributed my needs/wants regarding using a program like this.

In our case, we have hundreds of different clients who want us to have our candidates sign their specific forms for a particular position they are being hired for. DocuSign allowed us to separate the forms by client, so we just send out that package to the candidates for that specific client.
We have designated signers, also based on the client, and DocuSign allows us to enter their name and an email will automatically be sent to that signer when it's their turn to sign the documents.
