Use Cases and Deployment Scope

DocuSign is being used by the client success and the administrative department within my organization. It is used to approve contracts for the following:
--New clients and accounts: master service agreement, statement of work, and new client intake forms.
--New employees: onboarding documentation, reimbursement forms, bank transfers.

It solves the business problem of the inefficient routing and review process of documents. It is more streamlined to have one repository of all documents in their different stages of approval.

DocuSign is well suited to route contracts and forms for review and approval. Once documents are approved, it is an efficient way to access legacy forms and contracts and abide by regulatory guidelines.
It is also an efficient way to quickly view where forms and contracts are in the different stages of approval.
