Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

We are a security company and implemented DocuSign to reduce the number of paper contracts our technicians were having to mail into the office. By enabling our customers to sign remotely, we cut back on truck rolls, paperwork is processed on time, and our customers are happy.

Pros

  • The audit trail is very important to my business.
  • Documents are easily set up and editable.
  • Tech support is amazing.

Cons

  • It is rather costly.
  • Contracts are processed in a timely manner.
  • Work orders are signed and attached to customer's file.
Adobe AIR did not have the functionality that we needed. DocuSign was a perfect fit.
From setting up our templates to figuring out the correct work flow, DocuSign tech support has been amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Hold times are not a problem.

DocuSign is a great product! It enables our company to facilitate new sales without having to actually go to the customers' homes. We can also have customers correct documents easily. DocuSign makes transactions convenient for both our company and our customers.
