Tableau Desktop

Domo has a slightly steeper learning curve than Tableau, but once you learn it, it is MUCH better than Tableau.

You will need someone on the team dedicated to running the platform

Usability

The only place it isn't great is the android mobile app

Support Rating

Support is world class. Several times we ran into issues, and they would trouble shoot with us for a long time. They would not only solve the problem, but also help us with best practices

[Domo is well suited] if you are looking to chart out business performance in a segment (we use it for customer success). What's particularly valuable is the ability to group by segment etc. You can also let your front line easily download and manipulate data so they become amateur analysts
