Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Domo has been a fantastic tool for us and enables us to get customer and order data out of silos so that we can see the full customer journey. I was surprised that I was able to start creating cards the first time I used it: there was no need for in-depth training or practice. It's intuitive and easy to understand.

Usability

I can't emphasize enough how amazing it is to be able to use a data product on day one, without a steep learning curve. The perceived difficulty of creating reports and visualizing data had held us back from really diving in. Once we (as a team) realized how easy Domo is to use, there was nothing to stop us anymore.

Support Rating

I'm giving Domo support a 10 because I haven't actually had to use it! We have had zero issues with any part of the implementation or daily use.

Likelihood to Recommend

I have used Domo to track order information, locate spikes and trends, and gauge how well my team is performing.
