Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
First of all, we used the application to share and store the data we used. Most of the times, we used it as an internal sharing portal. As far as I know, several departments use the dropbox application. However, I am unsure whether it is used across the whole company. We exploit the premium version of the application.
- It allows us to make comments for the stored documents.
- Another thing is it allows us to share any document as public for everyone.
- It offers free version of usage with the limited amount of storage.
- It also has a mobile version to access from the mobile devices.
- To be honest, there is not much to say.
- The amount of free storage might be larger than the recent one.
- There might be easier hierarchical file navigation system on the user screen.
- As a positive impact, we got rid of transferring the physical documents.
- As a positive impact, we can access the documents with several user roles.
- As a positive impact, it is very easy to use such as just dragging and dropping the files.
First of all the dropbox was the one of the earliest cloud storage services among the its' alternatives. It is offering a decent amount of free storage for everyone. That is, it is gaining popularity from the prospective customers. We selected it because it allows us super easy functionality compared to others.
