Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to share files between users instead of email so we always know we are working with the latest file. I also use Dropbox in some volunteer activities. Dropbox allows us to share files without a bunch of extra emails, especially larger files that some people's email boxes can't handle.
- Shares large files since some files are too large for email
- Makes sure you are always looking at the current file
- Backs up your photos from your phone automatically
- Security options. It doesn't always seem to work when I give someone edit permission to a subfolder
- Mostly just keeping track of the current file
- OneDrive and Google Drive
I started using dropbox first. I didn't see any advantage to moving away from it, so I haven't. I only use the other solutions for people who only use OneDrive or Google Drive
