Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it for both administrative and client documents, and to share documents with clients. Dropbox allows multiple employees to work on a document with easy access and without having to worry about multiple drafts
- Centralized location for documents
- Easy access for documents
- Easy sharing of large files and numerous files
- Making it easier to tell if someone else is in the document so that there is less likely to be conflict copies
- making it easier to open documents even if they have long file names
- making it easier to merge conflict copies of the same document when it was accidently open in more than one location
- Saves time having documents in a centralized location
- Allows employees who work remote easy access to documents for colloboration
