Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We are really trying to work on our organization as not all employees work in our main office. We have trouble with people outside of the office being able to locate important files that we house in office. We upload all important files such as leases and other tenant documents fir our properties to Dropbox so all users can access it. It's very helpful as we keep hard copies filed in our office, but with Dropbox it cuts down on having to keep the physical files and makes it easier for others to access it.

- Compatibility of mac and windows users. Sometimes my colleague that uses windows can't see some of my saved items in Dropbox and I have a mac.
- It has cut down on time it takes us to finish our leases since we are more organized. With the ease of access to all files, information is readily available from property manager to property manager.
- Overall our employees are happier, as before we had an issue with being a bit unorganized. We are a smaller family owned company, so this has helped us to be more efficient and professional.
They both are good at keeping organized, but I think Dropbox is better because it shows the history of the file and once saved it easily updates. With monday to update a file I would have to edit it save, delete the original file and re upload. Monday was more of a hassle, whereas Dropbox is very easy and user friendly.
