Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dropbox is where we manage customer accounts, such as orders, shipping, and credit applications. Because we all work at different remote locations, having a centralized place to store these documents makes it simple for any of us to look up information and edit documents as needed. We can collaborate and design how we interact with each other and our customer and vendor base through Dropbox. We each utilized it everyday.

I am working from home on a customer list to send holiday cards and gifts. I need my boss in another location to narrow down the list based on his preference in customers that are sent the gift items. With Dropbox, I created the list from our QuickBooks database and saved it to Dropbox where my boss could then easily edit the list down to the preferred customers. It made the process quick and painless.
