Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to share files and store files that the company can all have access to as we have to maintain our records of the people we serve and for financial reasons. We use Dropbox on a daily basis, multiple times a day.

- There are sometimes issues with uploading specific files
- The search option could be better
- Useless features that are just not needed
- It's been great to keeping track of our financial reports and keeping those files selected to certain members.
- Using the search option is sometimes difficult to use and doesn't provide the best way to find specific files.
- Sharing files, links, and images is very easy to use and has made a significant difference for our fundraising purposes.
I still use the other programs because they all have their features that are useful to our business. What I like about Dropbox is that we are able to have a team account, which makes file sharing easy, unlike Google Drive that makes file sharing so much more difficult. The other thing I like about Dropbox is that we are able to keep track of all of our files and the usage from each person associated with the account.
