Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is our cloud repository of all the work we do in making public consultations accessible in India. It is a convenient tool for several team members working remotely to collaboratively work in one digital space. It saves us personal storage and allows for seamless management of files and data. On a principle note we want our work to be open access, and Dropbox allows us to align with this goal in helping us share files outside the organisation with ease.
Pros
- Accessible design for collaborative use with organisation as well as outside
- Cost effective for newer organisations and non profits
- Integration with google docs for easy use
Cons
- Please don't get rid of the google doc integration. The UI is very seemless and allows for team members of all ages to use files on Dropbox well.

Security features of Dropbox are perceived as more reliable than the alternatives. It is also more cost effective offering more favourable discounts for non profits compared to others
