Dropbox is our primary tool for syncing files between our local servers and remote users. We have organized our files in a way that makes it easy for our editors to get resources, back up projects, and grab what they need on the fly. It gives our marketing team a place to grab resources needed for them and allows us the flexibility to easily share files amongst now remote teams. While we always keep servers backed up locally and off-site, Dropbox helps keep those sources in-sync as well giving us ease-of-mind that our resources and IP are safe.
