Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use DropBox to store many files for multiple users. Dropbox is a good library and our "server" for files and documents.

I'm not sure about similar products, other than using a file server or other computer device for storing/sharing files and documents among multiple users.

AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Access Innovations

It's simply a great alternative to a "hard-drive" server for an office or staff. File sharing among multiple users for various projects is essential. It's easier to do this than sharing via e-mail or other means. Dropbox has become one of the most useful tools in our office. I'm not sure if there are any "downsides".
