We use Dropbox as an easy way to share files and save our content. Dropbox makes it easy for everyone on our team to share content and quickly access everything we need to be successful in timely deadlines. Instead of waiting around for teammates to send information we need, we can easily go to Dropbox and find exactly what we need.

Fairly similar to each other but the ease of use in Dropbox makes everything simple and easy to understand. We have taught Dropbox skills to several people and it is very easy for them to understand how to share, add and edit files even if they aren't the most technologically advanced.
