Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to manage collateral and photographs to share remotely with our Club personnel at each of our locations, as well as with the corporate team. We generally use it for storage of larger files so we can take the pressure off of our other systems while sharing hi-resolution content.

Likelihood to Recommend

I prefer to use Dropbox for large file folders, particularly for hi-resolution photos that I don't want to be compressed in transition. It is also great for secure confidential collateral sharing, which is very important when handling corporate documentation. It uploads almost all file types, unlike some other platforms that restrict those.
