We use Dropbox as a file storage system, and to collaborate on working documents within the team and externally. The product helps us keep documents organized and access the required files quickly and securely from any device.

Dropbox is easy to use for direct access on personal devices. However Sharpeoint’s version control and collaboration features are stronger. We picked Dropbox for ease of use.
