Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize Dropbox for storage for company wide items for our international company. This service snsures access to large files that otherwise would take forever to transfer through email or other forms of cloud sharing. We utilize the links to sync to our numerous Confluence pages, so they aren't bogged down with large attachments.

Google Drive

Google Drive has interfaces with Google Sheets and surveys, that is why we utilize it for certain smaller tasks, while Dropbox is the major cloud storage, specifically for large files.
