Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

My organization uses Dropbox to organize all sorts of files—photos, videos, documents, etc. We set up folders to share across the company and use the customizable sharing features to keep some things private per user. Dropbox addresses our storage issues by providing a place to drop everything without running out of storage on our devices. It also allows us to open our files from anywhere.

  • Easily accessible from anywhere.
  • Reduces device storage problems.

Cons

  • Quicker sync time.
  • Share with people outside of Dropbox team without asking them to join the team.
  • Dropbox provides us a good ROI by keeping our files safe and organized.
Dropbox provides an easier way to sync files and easier user management from an admin profile.

I think every business can use Dropbox to store, save, and send files efficiently. Using other storage softwares can become messy when there isn't internet access, or there is too many users. Business confidentiality remains protected by using Dropbox for teams.
