Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox as a staging space for projects and an easy way to collaborate and share information. Secure access points for our team members are also important to us. I also appreciate being able to integrate Dropbox into some of my Zapier links. Automating tasks makes a huge difference.

Pros

  • Store files.
  • Prevent risk.
  • Adapt and evolve.

Cons

  • Prevent redundancy.
  • Speed of recall.
  • Being able to scale up or down.
Perhaps the convenience and joy of using Dropbox keeps me (and my data) using it. I have gotten lost in some of the details of other products, which can feel like a scavenger hunt in a foreign library. Dropbox makes it easy to do me.

It is well suited for sharing files with co-workers and collaborators, with abilities to make notes and share feedback. The search capabilities are decent. What good is a bunch of info if you don't know how to find it?
