Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox for email photos, website photos, clinical print pieces, and blog posts. It helps when multiple people need access to the same file and for proper image sizing and quality. Our Marketing Director/Branding Director mainly uses it to organize photos and files for the rest of the company.
Pros

- Easy Access.
- Shareable Files.
Cons
- Easier to find specific folders.
- Replace an existing file with an updated version instead of just deleting the old one.
- It has helped increase the number of images we can use on our marketing pieces, which drives sales and visibility online.
- It helps with our clinical pieces, which we send to every clinic. These are client-facing and employee pieces as well.
