Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I share medical records with members of my team to update documents for the entire scope of the practice.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Holds any files.

Cons

Removing duplicate or older files.
Updating all files of the same name in the various folders that the shared file resides in does not do that; i.e., all files should be updated at the same time when making any changes in a document.

Return on Investment

Great helping me organizing.
Confused optimizing file sharing with various members of the medical practice.
Accidentally add team members and challenge to remove them and get credit for their removal.

No others; I want this one to be better and HIPAA-compliant.

1. It does not clean up and remove older or duplicate files, so I constantly must save updated files with a new saved date added to the name ( the file should automatically be updated and date stamped). 2. I can't share a group of files with important business entities without making them team members. 3. I don't need many team members as that becomes too costly; I just need to share a bunch of files with certain people who help run the practice.
