Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dropbox allows me to access all my files from all my devices being a Mac mini, a MacBook Air, an Ipad and an iPhone. I can have access anytime anywhere to all my files. This also works as a backup as I have my files stored safely online and at the same time in more than one device. I have been using Dropbox for several years and I also use it to share files with my clients or to give them access to collaboratively work together. I recommend Dropbox to every individual and business as a very useful tool.

Dropbox is ideal to have access of your files online even if you don't have your own computer or device with you. It is also a great tool to be used as a file storage if you are running out of hard disk space. You may choose which files to be only online and which ones to have on your hard disk too.
