Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox to share files with the volunteers who assist in facilitating our programs. Dropbox allows me to send large files and videos that can be shared in a classroom setting. This is essential for sustainability and real-time document creation and updates. Dropbox is crucial to the success of our efforts!

Pros

  • Document sharing.
  • Large file sharing.
  • Instant updates.

Cons

  • I would like to see dropbox better integrate with my contact list.
  • Dropbox decreases the number of physical copies I have to spend money to create.
The folks who have used this with me have never had any complaints.
Google Drive is comparable to Dropbox in terms of file sharing. Google wins marks for creating a broader ecosystem.
