Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox has simplified all the things we must have access to whether working from the office, home, or remote location in a single place we can all access.

Pros

  • Organizing documents for use by multiple people
  • sharing documents for our contracted instructors to use from home or elsewhere even when not at work here
  • saving the latest copy of edited materials

Cons

  • the ability to accurately find things in dropbox from the "favorites" in finder...often it doesn't look like the same list that is found when you go directly into Dropbox online
  • better collection of created date, modified date, date last accessed...if seems these only show the info on this computer, not all connected computers
  • no numbers to attach but keeps our team connected on 11 desktop iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, and many more iPhones
