Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I am in the legal field, and we use Dropbox to share lectures and trusted sources, ensuring we receive the best possible information.

Pros

  • Transcribe Lectures/Audi.
  • Correctly modifies the payback speed.
  • Quick file upload.
  • Great organizational skills.

Cons

  • Organization on the home page.
  • Easier pipeline from iPhone to Dropbox.
  • Allow for non-dropbox user to access platform.
  • Boost in performance on tests.
It's hard to get used to, but once you learn how to navigate, it becomes easier.
The audio transcription feature is a huge drawback to using Google Drive. I would not trade Dropbox for Google Drive because of that one feature.

As law students, we can share essential class lectures with one another. The lectures are too lengthy to share via text or email, and we default to Dropbox. We love Dropbox because it takes it a step further and allows for audio transcription, which enables you to read along with the lecture, making it particularly beneficial for visual learners.
