Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I love using Dropbox for storing all of my documents. It is the best way for me to be able to work from multiple locations and multiple devices at the same time. It makes even running my business from my phone easy. I love that I can find all of my documents whenever I need them and share them with clients. Not sure how I would function without it!
Pros
- Ensures documents are up to date, even with multiple users accessing the same documents.
- I love that if a team member accidentally deletes a file, I can find it and restore it.
- I like that I can edit from the web or have the app downloaded.
Cons
- I don't have any suggestions at this time.
- I love that I can leave my office, get a call from a client, find the file on my phone, and send it without having to use my computer or run back to my office.
For me, Dropbox is so much easier to use than Google Drive. I have both because I have a client who relies on me using Google, but each time I upload something, it gets lost in translation, and the document does not appear the same in Google. Frustrating. Love Dropbox!
