Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox to manage all my documentation, from client files to professional licensing, primarily for documentation management.

Pros

  • Fast, uploads and downloads documents fast.
  • Document history tracking.
  • Portability - multiple devices.
  • Has built in PDF managing and editing.

Cons

  • Integrated image/photo viewing and management.
  • Smaller HIPAA use case, it is currently set for 3 or more users.
  • Integrated music player.
  • Allows me to manage all my documents in one place.
  • Need small solo business HIPAA.
  • Love the reliability.
  • The search feature is top notch.
Fast and easy to use.
Google Drive is slow and times out, but it does have HIPAA for small-scale use.
