Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Dropbox for a long time. I like most features. It misses a duplicate finder that works on the server side. Additionally, when using iOS, it always directs to the Office 365 local apps. It does not allow the use of the web-based Office apps that should be available, which are accessible through the browser version of Dropbox.

Folder selection.

Cons

Duplicate finder server side.
Versioning by file.
It often asks me to reregisters after deinstallation.

Overall, significant usage, but it is dependent too much on the local folder.

Alternatives Considered

Apple iCloud, OneDrive and MS SharePoint / SQL

A bit less integrated than iCloud or OneDrive, but the company has focused on this aspect since day one. I have always used it and trust it.
