Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Cloud Storage. I always have access to datasheets, quotes, photos, and any other information stored on my PC. All my files on my PC are located in the Dropbox folder. If I had to lose my PC today, I could buy a new one tomorrow and carry on working. My camera roll on my phone also backs up to Dropbox.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • Great search facility.
  • Flexibility in setup.

Cons

  • Make it easy to invite family members and share storage.
  • Password protect shared storage.
  • It makes sense to have Dropbox.
  • More flexibility in the amount of storage needed would be great.
As mentioned before, it is user-friendly, easy to set up, and easy to find documents. Additionally, it saves all my photos on my phone. I can decide what is available offline, what is essential. It syncs quickly. I have not seen it go down or become unavailable. So far, my experience has been positive.
At the time, a few suppliers used Dropbox, which made it easy to collaborate and share files. The costs were also comparable. I wasn't a fan of OneDrive, and Google was expensive, including Google Docs, which I didn't need. Dropbox is simple and gives me what I want - storage.

I have Dropbox on my phone and laptop. All my relevant info is saved in Dropbox in an easy-to-use file system. It does not get much easier than this. It would be nice to be able to share or email multiple files from Dropbox, especially from your phone. Currently, I do one at a time.
