Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

we use it as the central repository for all customer information, including orders, onboarding info and contracts. we simply create a file that is accessible across our organization at any time from an authorized device.

Also provides us the ability to instantly update our team when a change is made. It’s a central piece of our sales function

The simplicity of Opening a new file and giving access to anyone that needs to get that piece of information.

it’s also very user-friendly and requires a minimal amount of training for new individuals. when we onboard new individuals, Dropbox is one of the first items we give them access to.
we selected Dropbox because we have a mix of PC and Mac users across the organization. Trying to access files on Apple iCloud from a PC is not always the easiest.

I really don’t think it is an apple’s to apples comparison. I think Dropbox is by far the superior file management tool

Very well suited for remote teams as everybody has access to the Dropbox and can easily find information on their own. It is also nice that you can have your own individual Dropbox folder and keep everything in there. We actually post all of our documents from our computer in Dropbox in case of a computer equipment failure.
