Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is our corporate repository for documents. It is the go-to place that is always available, even when traveling or out of the office. It has allowed us to keep hardware costs low; all while keeping our document storage costs reasonable. Since we are able to share folders, each work group has access to "private" storage sites, and all of their documents are maintained and up to date.

Cons
- We miss the Dropbox passwords. Bring it back! It was a great password manager and easy to implement and use.
- Security is a bit lacking. It seems that passwords are not always appropriate. We recommend Passkey support.
- We do not like the push to "upgrade" constantly. We understand the needs of our organization.

- Savings on hardware costs (Laptop hard drive storage)
- Security is reliable
- Still require backup solutions; so, costs re still high
