Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We generally use Dropbox to share documents in common so we can have it worked on as a team. We also use it as a secure external sharing when we are outside of the organization, so the files stay secure and inaccessible to malicious people or if we have to log in from an external Network outside of the Organization.

The pricing is a little to high and is a little overwhelming

Box, Google Drive, Microsoft 365 and MEGA

Is quite easier to use and does not take so much time to get used to the system, is more straight forward.

Best scenarios:
It has been best suited working with Colleges to share files and documentation where it can be accessible anytime. Using Salesforce integration to automatically create folders, establishing links between opportunities and file folders. Also big file capacity allows thousands of documents to be loaded at once.

Less appropriate:

When needing granular control over data handling and compliance.
