Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I have been using Dropbox for storing and maintaining historical data for our business for the past 7-8 years.
It is an extremely useful tool for small businesses to securely maintain and store data as wwll as share access to specific files and folders with relevant company personnel or third parties as and when required.
Dropbox data sharing has helped us overcome the issue of sharing data and files over emails by allowing to store 100s of GB of data whereas emails usually restrict the file size uploads to 10-20 mbs at a time.

- Easy sharing of files and folder by sharing secure links.

- Navigation on the Dropbox website can sometimes be a little tricky.
- The user interface needs to be more intuitive and user friendly
