Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox for 2 companies, plus i also help clients where I implement or organize the systems for them.
I also use the basic signature options for my companies and other companies i help setup

Pros

  • cloud storage
  • sync across multiple devices
  • full access on mobile devices
  • simple signature of any docs within system

Cons

  • mobile app file structure is a bit convoluted
  • shared files or folders shouldn't have a requirement for the receiving party to create an account
  • immediate access while traveling
The Dropbox mobile app does not have an efficient file structure
Box sync did not always work well
SugarSync Very limited in its self imposed file structure
