Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Business
Our marketing department currently uses Dropbox Business to facilitate large file data transfers, proofing, and overall content storage. It facilitates both internal use as a repository and external use for sharing content. Our organization is a content powerhouse, so having an easy system to use is critical for efficiency in our work.

- Starting to be blocked by certain agencies and companies
- No real categorization feature like a mainstream DAM
- Our productivity for file-sharing jumped.
- Way better than using we transfer or individual free accounts
Dropbox Business is one of the most well-known and commonly-used cloud storage software. I originally started with Box and found that to be extremely generous with data storage size for a free plan. But it seems that Dropbox Business has taken the reins as far as mainstream usage. Integrations are pretty good for everything to use with multiple areas, unlike Google Drive or OneDrive.
