Overall Satisfaction with Everhour

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Everhour has saved me many hours per week and lets me track time spent on tasks. The Asana integration was the reason why I was so keen to try it out and I am pleased I did now. I've spent a lot of hours trying to find the right solution/mix of software, and Everhour/Asana does the job perfectly.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Saved time.
Saved money.
Streamlined my work process.
Increased turnaround of work.

Cons

Maybe a feature to track partial payments for invoices would be helpful, but not a deal breaker – the fact it's so easy to use won me over.

Return on Investment

It's saved me a few hours per month as I used to log time sheets manually before. The time saved builds up over the year.

Alternatives Considered

TimeCamp, TSheets, Calendly and monday

I just found it easier to operate, being flexible enough to cater for myself, and also logging freelancer time too – all separable data for sending timesheets to clients and bringing to meetings.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for most businesses, but maybe not so much where complicated invoice structures are required.
