Overall Satisfaction with Evernote

Evernote has been a great tool to organize notes and project details. The feature that allows one to search all of the notes has proven to be invaluable. And with the capability to sync notes across multiple devices, Evernote is a must for how we run our business.

  • The note editor is very simple and functional, it allows for notes to contain various media content
  • The integration of notes into Google Calendar would be useful, thus allowing one to see what date notes where created and by who
  • Setting reminders on notes so that you could get an email reminder to revisit the note
  • Being able to speak notes into transcription would be useful
  • Searchable notes have allowed for the increase organization of our company. There is far less miscommunication and overall back-and-forth emails have been reduced.
  • Evernote allows us to write-up procedures that are bound to be reoccurring on an annual basis. Making notes of these procedures allows us to have an internal knowledge bank for efficiency.
  • The searchable OCR feature is a game-changing feature for the better.
We absolutely love Evernote and use it on a daily basis. It stands apart from the other note taking apps. There isn't much that we would like to add or suggest for additions as we only use a small percentage of its capabilities currently. They got a good thing going over at Evernote!
We've never had to use the support. The app seems to always be working as intended. However, when we have questions about configuration and otherwise, resorting to a google search has worked out for us. There are a plethora of e-books and third party resources centered around utilizing Evernote to its fullest potential.
We use Google Drive in addition to Evernote. The most comparable product within that suite would be Google Docs. Evernote is better than Docs as it has more of a full plethora of features that allow for notes to be rich with content. Evernote is also great to start a note on your iPhone and then pick up from where you left off on your desktop computer.
Evernote is great for recording notes and sharing them with a team for collaboration. It also has a great OCR feature where you can take a photo of text and Evernote is able to read the characters and include the photos in search results. This app is well suited for anyone or any team looking to vastly increase their organization and output.
