Overall Satisfaction with EvolutionX
Mainly used for e-commerce needs. In our case, setup up multi-channel marketing campaigns, SEO, and merchandise management for B2B. Adjusting campaigns (e.g., banners, seasonal pages, and one-time campaigns), so pretty much everything you typically need for E-commerce. It could serve quite well our needs with small customers as well as large ones since we work in B2B.
- Campaign management.
- Merchandise management.
- Orders management.
- New users could find it overwhelming.
- Data reporting.
- Order management (updating it could be improved).
- Improved customer satisfaction.
- Improved marketing management.
- Reduced time of customer service.
Actually, it helped. First of all, it improved campaign management, which became as easy as a few clicks. Secondly, it helped a lot with order management, decreased a monkey job on the customer support side on one hand, and improved customer satisfaction by a faster resolution of issues with orders on the order side. Moreover, the website's content management helped save many hours of manpower before the huge sales. And what is more interesting is that it helped to reduce mistakes by overstocking.
I would say yes; however, quite a lot depends on the decisions of the upper management. Therefore, I can't tell if EvolutionX entirely helped to improve the reputation, but it definitely helped a bit.
- Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce)
I would say price and nice sales team. Since I haven't decided on the solution - I can't tell much.
