Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We currently use Exclaimer to apply signatures to our user's email addresses. This gives us customizability and also the ability to track clicks and interactions with each user's email.
- Customization.
- Links to socials and website.
- Tracking on interaction.
- Feedback options.
- Some parts seem a bit dated in their appearance.
- Not all email accounts pull through Exclaimer signatures unfortunately.
- We have had Exclaimer for quite some time, but haven't managed to fully implement it into the business for months since it was purchased. We had issues with things not applying and details from Office 365 not pulling across to the correct accounts. I personally had to spend a lot of time figuring out why it wasn't working and slowly working across my team to apply the product so there weren't lots of issues all at once.
- It is nice to have feedback options attached to our signatures so we can get feedback from our sales reps and other staff members who email a lot of different people. It will be interesting as over time to see how their NPS score changes. We haven't been running it long enough to gather figures fully.
- By using Exclaimer, we can apply individual signatures to certain users, depending on different scenarios, dates, etc.
- I wish I could change user data without needing access to Office 365 which I don't have access to as I work in marketing, and not in our IT department.
We have a variety of different signatures that are all dependent on events and other scenarios. We have the option to add a button to book a meeting with our sales team and leave feedback for each user's experience. It is great to be able to customize this experience for our customers and users, it is useful for marketing to be able to see interaction and NPS scores on feedback.
As we are a cybersecurity company, it is imperative that we uphold our security with secure data that protects our customers and upholds our trust in them. Cybersecurity threats are a massive issue and we know all too well how easily companies can lose data, trust, and money because of a data breach.
