Software Version

Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We used a trial version. So we are not currently using this anymore. It was a nice tool with many templates and can be used to improve signatures. However, in our company, we work in a certain way with groups, and Exclaimer could not address these difficulties.
  • Templates
  • The ability to modify it in an easy way.
  • The number of fonts is supported, and it also has a nice website.
  • The implementation of AD groups.
  • Improvement of the software (make it a background app without popups).
  • Some fonts not working properly.
  • Hard to say because we did not implement Exclaimer in our case.
  • We would, however, be able to easily adjust banners and signatures in general, I am sure. Time management is one positive one.
  • The ability to try out new templates easily and test these in advance.
Again pretty hard to say because we didn't implement Exlaimer, unfortunately. However, I can imagine that you can easily use different templates and different banners easily based on roles. I have to say it is fun to use, and that is always pretty beneficial for the employee implementing the signatures.
We did not end up implementing this at all, so I, therefore cannot give a good reply to this question.

Well suited for many companies, easy to adjust, and easy to implement. Less suited for some companies, because of the lack of groups (azure).
