We use Exclaimer to manage professional signature blocks, that are consistent across our firm. We also use it to manage holiday season messages and promotional banners included in our business email.
- Integrates with active directory for information
- Design professional looking signature blocks
- Allow quick updating of information, with active directory sync
- The signature block designer is a steep learning curve, but logical once you do understand it
- Submission of support tickets could be improved
- In rare instances where emails are generated using a third party, there can be issues relating to the from field not being set correctly that can cause crashes.
- Time was saved, onboarding was very easy and a lot of support was provided
- Time saved based on the ease of use, manage and maintain
- Building better branding opportunities and maintaining a professional image with our clients
Exclaimer is very powerful and easy to use. It is very easy to create signature block designs and workflows. The logic and programming in Exclaimer provide a lot of flexibility, that will cater to most scenarios. I personally found Exclaimer very easy to use and was able to set up everything just how I needed it. I would think that even in the most complex designs, Exclaimer will have a solution right for you.
Cybersecurity is always front and center of my mind and I am impressed with Exclaimer, and reassured that they consider the security of their clients.
After using both CodeTwo and Opensense, my preference is still Exclaimer. I found Exclaimer to be extremely robust and flexible. It is also very easy to deploy and the logic within the programming within Exclaimer, makes it very easy to design your signature block workflows. The Designer is very different than most solutions, but once you get your head around it, it is rock solid.
